Michael was born and raised in South Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas with Degrees in Biology and Chemistry. Afterwards, he attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville where he received his Master’s Degree in Range and Wildlife Management. Upon graduation he worked as the biologist for the Rio Paisano ranch where his duties were to manage the native habitat and wildlife for commercial hunting as well as see to the many African and other exotics the ranch kept for viewing pleasure and photo safaris. In 2002, he had the opportunity to move to San Antonio where he started his wildlife consulting company. To start, his largest client was the Farm and Ranch division of the Bank of America where he managed trust properties all over the state to maximize income from hunting operations.
His focus has always been to manage the land as well as the animals, believing that healthy ecosystems produce quality animals. He has extensive experience with both large and small tracts of land, whether for personal family use, or as an income generator thru hunting leases. His personal experience over the years with landowners encouraged him to get into real estate. He felt one of the best ways he could help prospective landowners was in helping them choose the right property to suit their needs and desires. In his experience, choosing the right property from the beginning can save years of hard work and lots of money and frustration.
