This 1430 acres with 7Br/7Ba lodge completed in 2023 and already hosting groups for hunts. This area, up until early 2023, was used as a Whitetail Breeding Facility prior to the release of the breeding stock onto the property however, these pens could be utilized in the future for Whitetail or an Exotic Breeding program. The Whitetail herd has been provided by the breeding deer being release consistently over the last three years. The deer population includes fawns to 5 year olds. It is at a point where quality deer can be harvested annually if properly managed. Bow Wood Spring Ranch has harvested deer from the 140s to the 270s.
